摘要
目的比较开腹胆囊切除术(opencholecystectomy,OC)与腹腔镜胆囊切除术(laparoscopiccholecystectomy,LC)对患者胃肠功能的影响。方法通过测定术后肠鸣音恢复时间、肛门排气、排便时间等几项指标联合观察了30例LC患者及30例OC患者。结果LC组患者术后肠鸣音恢复时间及肛门排气、排便时间与OC组相比差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论LC术后患者胃肠动力恢复较OC术后快,有助于患者胃肠功能的早期康复。
[Objective] To compare influence of LC and OC on patients＇ gastrointestinal functions. [Methods] The peristaltic sound recovery timing （PSRT）, the anorectum exhaust timing（AET） and the anorectum defecate timing （ADT） were determined in 30 patients having LC and 30 patients having OC. [Results] The PSRT, the AET and ADT in the LC group were much shorter in comparison with the OC group （P 〈0.05）. [Conclusion] The recovery of gastrointestinal motility after LC is earlier than OC, and less influence on gastrointestinal function than OC group.
