巴曲亭对经纤维支气管镜肺活检后出血的作用观察

Control of bleeding by hemocoagulase after lung tissue biopsy with fiberbronchoscope

目的评价巴曲亭-注射用蛇毒血凝酶对经纤维支气管镜肺活检后出血的抑制作用。方法选取该科接受纤维支气管镜肺活检检查的患者50例,随机分两组,在进行纤维支气管镜检查前10min分别于静脉输液管滴壶内加入1u/mL的巴曲亭生理盐水溶液2mL(实验组)或生理盐水2mL(对照组);取活检后观察两组患者伤口出血情况,记录活检后至出血的间隔时间及出血程度。结果实验组患者经纤维支气管镜肺活检后至出血的间隔时间为(3.45±1.19)s(n=42)较对照组的(1.55±0.83)s(n=69)明显延长(P<0.05);出血程度也较对照组明显减低(P<0.05)。且未发现该药有明确的毒副作用。结论巴曲亭对经纤维支气管镜肺活检后出血有明确的抑制作用。

[Objective] To evaluate the inhibition effect of hemocoagulase against bleeding after lung tissue biopsy with fiberbronchoscope. [Methods] 50 patients who would accept lung tissue biopsy with fiberbronchoscope were randomly divided into hemocoagulase group and blank control group. 10 minutes before the operation, those in the hemocoagulase group were given 1 u/mL of hemocoagulase in 2 mL of physiological salt solution through intravenous drip while those in the control group were given 2 mL of physiological salt solution. The data of bleeding volume and intervals between biopsy and bleeding were observed after biopsy. [Results] The intervals between biopsy and bleeding of hemocoagulase group is （3.45±1.19） s （n=42）, which is significantly longer than that of control group, （1.55±0.83） s （n=69）, （P 〈0.05）; and the estimated volume of bleeding of hemocoagulase group is significantly less than that of control group （P 〈0.05）. No definitely toxic and side effects were observed during the application. [Conclusion] Hemocoagulase is confirmed to be effective in inhibition against bleeding after lung tissue biopsy with fiberbronchoscope.
