北方粳型两系杂交稻部分株型性状的相关分析

Correlation analysis on part plant type characters of northern japonica two-lines hybrid rice

利用4个不同类型水稻两系不育系与6个不同类型恢复系或常规品种组配F1代组合,通过对杂种一代株型性状间相关系数分析和F1代与亲本相同性状相关系数的计算,初步探索出北方两系杂交稻株型性状的遗传相关方式,为亲本株型选择和F1代株型塑造提供依据。

Four different type two-line sterile lines of the rice and six different types recoverable lines or regular varieties were used to F1 hybrids , by the mean of the analysis on the coefficiency among plant type characters of F1 hybrids and the calculation on the coefficiency of same character of F1 hybrid with parents, elementary explored that genic correlation formula on plant type character of northern Japonica two-lines hybrid rice,it provided a basis on plant type selection of parents and plant type establishment of F1 hybrid.
