摘要
目的:编制初中学生生活质量评定量表。方法:按结构化决策方法编制量表,条目池经专家认可,对130名初中学生进行调查后,采用t检验法、反应度分析、相关分析法、因子分析法、克朗巴赫a系数法、重测信度法等7种方法联合进行条目筛选,由保留条目组建量表测试版。结果:研制出含有4个维度48个指标的初中学生生活质量评定量表。其中,物质生活维度15条,躯体功能维度7条,心理功能维度16条,社会功能维度8条,加上生活质量总体评价2条。结论:初中学生生活质量评定量表有较好的内容效度,其所含条目具有良好的敏感性、独立性、代表性、内部一致性和稳定性。
Objective: To develop a quality of llfe scale for junior high school students. Methods: The scale was developed by programmed decision methods (nominal group and focus group). The item pool was certified by experts. Seven methods were used in item selection after a pilot study that 130 junior high school students had been recruited. Results: The 48 - item quality of life scale for junior high school students (JHSS-QOLS) was formed, which includes four domains: material life condition (15 items), physical (7 items), psychological (16 items) and social function (8 items). Conclusion: JHSS- QOLS possesses good content validity and the items of which are sensitive, independent, typical, consistent and stable.
