摘要
目的比较聚克与乳酶生治疗小儿腹泻的疗效。方法对45例小儿腹泻患儿随机分为聚克治疗组和乳酶生对照组进行性比较性研究。结果治疗组与对照组止泻起效时间无显著差别,但在5天止泻疗效时间有显著差异。结论聚克止泻疗效好,可广泛使用。
Objective Observing the curative effect of polylactorre, and la cetohaeillus in curring infantile diarrhoeu. Methods 45 case with infantile diarrthoea, were, random divided into polylactorre trealing group and lactobacillus the control group. Results there was no difference in stoping diarrhoea between two groups. Conlusions polylaetorre are worth popularizing in eurring infantile dianhoea,
