摘要
目的评价乌体林斯注射液治疗恶性胸腔积液的疗效及不良反应。方法对36例恶性胸腔积液患者应用乌体林斯注射液17.2g行胸腔内注射。结果总有效率为77.8%(28/30),不良反应少。结论乌体林斯注射液治疗恶性胸腔积液疗效确切。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy and side effect of Utilin＇s treatment in the malignant pleu- ral effusions. Methods Ihirty-six patients of malignant pleural effusions were treats with Utilln＇s 17.21ig. Resuits The overall response rate was 77.8%（28/36）, side effects were, mild. Conclusions This study shows that Utilin＇s is effective for control of the malignant pleural effusions.
