中西结合治疗儿童急性肾小球肾炎

目的探讨运用中药结合常规西药治疗儿童急性肾小球肾炎的优越性。方法对184例儿童急性肾小球肾炎患者随机分组,治疗组92例使用中药常规西药治疗,对照组使用常规西药治疗,比较两组临床症状水肿消失时间,实验检查血尿、蛋白尿消失时间,以及住院时间。结果治疗组治愈率92.3%,对照组治愈率69.6%,治疗组水肿、血尿、蛋白尿消失时间及住院时间均短于对照组,各项指标比较均有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论中药结合常规西药治疗儿童急性肾小球肾炎临床疗效明显优于常规西药治疗,临床症状消失快,检查恢复快,住院时间缩短,患者精神及经济负担减轻,不失为一种较理想的治疗方法。
