妊娠肝内胆汁淤积症对胎儿的影响和产科处理

摘要 目的通过对妊娠肝内胆汁淤积症对胎儿预后的临床观察,以达到降低围产儿病率及死亡率的目的。方法观察实验组、对照组的胎心变化、胎儿结局等指标变化情况。结果妊娠肝内胆汁淤积症数个观察指标明显高于对照组。结论ICP应重视进行胎盘功能测定、胎心监测、B超检测等,以达到降低围产儿病率及死亡率的目的。
