基于软件元器件概念的分布控制系统的设计与实现

Design and Implementation of Distributed Control System Based on the Concept of Software Components

摘要 本文根据最新起草的 IEC61499标准提出了基于软件元器件概念的分布控制系统的设计和实现方法。并将其应用于一个具有分布式模块结构的测试机床,采用面向对象的 Model/View/Controller(MVC)设计类型,构建控制系统模型,完成了仿真实验和测试机床的实际运行,获得了预期效果。对如何将物理元器件映射为具有功能块形式的软件元器件进行了探讨。 This paper proposes the method of design and implementation for distributed control systems based on the concept of sottware components according to the new emerging IEC61499 standard. The method is applied on a test-bed with distributed modules structure, by using the object-oriented Model/View/Controller (MVC) design pattern. The emulation of the test-bed is implemented, and the real operation is accomplished as expected. Additionally, how to map the physical components of a distributed system into the soft components is discussed in detail.
