摘要
本文采用触摸屏设计了医用长脉冲 Nd∶YAG 激光器的控制系统。通过触摸屏设置脉冲参数,来控制 IGBT 斩波,使输出激光的脉冲宽度在1~99ms 范围内可凋,输出能量在2~55J 范围内可调。充电控制电路使储能电容两端的电压波动稳定在±10V 以内,因此输出激光能量的不稳定度小于2%。
The control system used for medical long-pulse Nd: YAG laser was designed using touch panel. The long-pulse parameters are preset by touch panel, which controls IGBT to chop wave and made the pulse duration adjustable in range of 1 - 99ms and the energy adjustable in the range of 2 - 55J. The charging voltage accuracy is within + 10V by the charging control circuit, consequently the instability of output energy is less to 2%.
