摘要
本文分析了福建粮食生产的成就与问题．认为福建缺粮主要是缺饲料粮。提出树立大食物观，每年增产百万吨食物总量，扩大食物源，降低口粮量；立业开发饲料粮，开源节流５００万吨饲料粮；导向发展高优农业，建立稳粮增效农田；开展“四改”，提高科技含量，主攻单产；出台适应市场经济的扶粮配套政策．福建粮食生产可稳定发展，缺粮问题将大大缓解。
This paper andlysed the achievement and problems of grain production in Fujian.Grain shortage is shorting of feed in fact.Views are given as follow; Set up large food idea and incvease onemillion tons of food annually, expand food resource, reduce grain ration, base on exploit of foodstuff grain and develop 500 thousand tons feed grain, gut de and develop 'tri-H' agriculture, establish high yield and efficiency paddy field,develop 'fonr-veform' technology, raise the content of science andtechnology, increase per unit area yield, formulate the policy of helping grain preduction under market economy, etc.Then, grain production can be stable and develop in Fujian.The problem of grain shortage will be alleviated cleeply.
