摘要
采用水热法,以EDTA作为螯合剂,加入N iSe2作为晶种,在碱性条件下合成CoS2粉体.借助X射线衍射仪(XRD),扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对所得产物的晶相组成及形貌进行表征,利用R ietve ld法及M aud程序对样品进行结构精修.R ietve ld精修结果表明,所得样品具有AB2型立方结构,空间群Pa3,晶格常数a=5.5340,并用M aud程序所得精修数据来表征产物晶粒形貌的立体结构.
CoS2 powder was synthesized by EDTA-assisted hydrothermal method under alkali condition, adding NiSe2 as seeds, with X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) was used to characterize the morphology and structural features. The X-ray diffraction was refined using the Rietveld method and Maud program. The refinement data from the Rietveld method indicate that the products are AB2 cubic system, space group Pa-3, lattice constant a=5. 5340 A, and the refinement data from the Maud program was used to characterize the spatial structure of the sample grain shape.
