微生态制剂治疗复发性念珠菌性外阴阴道炎

目的:观察微生态制剂对复发性念珠菌性外阴阴道炎治疗效果的影响。方法:将复发性念珠菌性外阴阴道炎71例随机分为对照组(单独抗真菌治疗)与治疗组(抗真菌治疗联合微生态制剂)。治疗前、后1周、1月、2月进行临床、真菌学疗效分析。结果:经抗真菌治疗后,临床、真菌学疗效较好。治疗后2个月,治疗组有效率明显高于对照组(2χ=4.613,P<0.05),复发率低。结论:联合微生态制剂治疗复发性念珠菌性外阴阴道炎效果良好。

Objective： To observe the therapeutic effect of micro ecological preparation on recurrent vulvovaginal candidiasis.. Methods： 71 patients with recurrent vulvovaginal candidiasis （RVVC） Were divided into two groups randomly. Control group was treated with anti - fungus drug. The treatment group was treated with microecological preparation combined with anti - fungus drug. The therapeutical effects were observed at the 1 st week, 1st month and 2nd month after treatment respectively. Results： Anti -fungus drug is effective in the treatment of RVVC. The effective rate of the treatment group is 94.4%, the control group is 76. 5% at 2nd month after treatment. ,There is significant difference between the treatment group and the eontrol group. （χ^2 = 4. 613, P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： Microecological preparation combined with anti -fungus drug is very effective in the treatment of RVVC.
