摘要
为了开发新的高灵敏度、高选择性氨敏材料,研究了四叔丁基四氮杂卟啉铅[PbTAP(t-Bu)4]旋涂膜室温下对氨气的敏感特性.PbTAP(t-Bu)4旋涂膜最低能检测体积分数为3×10-6的氨气,在氨气体积分数为6×10-5时灵敏度为30,器件对氨气响应和恢复迅速,响应时间和恢复时间分别为6 s和38 s.同时还比较了PbTAP(t-Bu)4旋涂膜对NH3、NO2、CO、H2、苯和丙酮等气体的敏感性,结果显示该薄膜对氨有独特的选择性,对于微量氨的检测具有实用价值.
The sensor, which was manufactured by the spin-coating film of tetra-(tea-butyl)-5,10,15,20-tetraazaporphyrin lead (Ⅱ) ( PbTAP ( t - Bu) 4 ), has high sensitivity to ammonia at room temperature. This device can be used as a sensor to detect NH3 for concentration as low as 3 × 10^- 6. The sensitivity of the sensor is 30 when the concentration of NH3 is 6 × 10^ -5. The sensor shows very quick response and recovery behavior. The response and recovery time are 6 s and 38 s, respectively. The results of the sensitivity to ammonia compared with NO2, CO, H2, benzene and acetone indicate that the spin-coated film exhibits good selectivity to ammonia. The sensor could be used to detect micro ammonia.
