摘要
肇安汽配厂为肇庆市公安系统的汽车定点维修保养队。其业务主要为汽车维修,即包括两大管理流程(汽修、汽配),功能模块包括接车、施工、领料、退料、审核、结算、返工、作废、客户跟踪、新增、汽车维护保养、年审跟踪、季审跟踪、换机油跟踪、经营日报表、经营状况表、月结盘点表等综合报表统计。接车单和结算单均提供多样化的打印格式,基础资料提供导入与导出功能。根据其数据量采用两层结构,编程软件采用vfp,数据库为sqlserver2000。力求做到软件通用性强、界面友好、操作简便、功能实用。
Zhaoan Automobile Shop is the vehicles maintenance station of Zhaoqing security systems. The central work is vehicle repair, including two parts：repair and assembling.The operation modes are including kinds of statistic report forms：vehicle joint,construction, collecting material, exchanging material,auditing,settlements,redoing,disusing,customer service,re-equip,vehicle service and maintenance,yearly checkup service,seasonal checkup service,exchanging engine-oil service,running report forms,running status forms,monthly check-out forms,etc.It provides variety print formats of vehicle joint sheets and checkout sheets and basic data provides import and export functions.As its scalar I design it into two layers constructions,VFP for programmed software,SQL SERVER 2000 for database.I do my best to complete a strong,friendly,easily and functional software.
