Abstract：The Kuaiji Mountain is one of the five “Zhen Mountain” in our country, and row the head of the Nine Famous Mountain at ancient. On the history, the Kuaiji Mountain is famous for that Dayu buried in and the Qin Shi huang climbed on and that combined prime minister Lisi engraves on the rock. If Jian Lake is “the mother of Shaoxing rice wine”, then the Kuaiji Mountain is “the father of Shaoxing rice wine”. Shaoxing rice wine is brewed by Jian Lake water,but the source of Jian Lake is the Kuaiji Mountain. The history of more than 2400 years of Shaoxing rice wine combined with the Kuaiji Mountain.
