肺部单发球形病灶120例X线和CT诊断分析

The analysis of CT and X-ray on 120 cases of mono-globular focus in lung

目的探讨比较肺部大单发球形病灶120例X线和CT诊断结果。方法收集近年来120例肺部大单发球形病例,进行X线、CT表现比较和诊断结果分析。结果X线胸片和CT片联合运用诊断相同的病例误诊少,而单纯依靠X线胸片或CT片表现诊断的病例误诊相对较多。结论综合影像诊断效果好,在影像检查中应重视多种检查的综合分析。

Objective To study the diagnose value of CT and X- ray on mono-globular focus in lung. Methods 120 cases of mono- globular focus in lung recent years were include ,The characteristic of CT and X- ray were analyzed and compared .Results CT combined with X- ray had well diagnosis effect on mono-globular focus in lung ,Either of the two methods was easy to misdiagnosis .Conclusion synthetic diagnostic imaging has well effect on diagnosis of mono-globular focus in lung.
