摘要
对来自85433一个基本株的姊妹系组配的4个S_2代姊妹种的增产潜力及配合力效应进行了分析。结果表明,S_2代姊妹种间增产潜力存在明显差异,其增产幅度为14.76%~83.08%。扩大了早代姊妹系间遗传变异的选择范围,可进一步发挥姊妹种高产制种的优势潜力。4个S_2代姊妹种与对应姊妹系各自和彼此之间的产量配合力效应一致。
A research has been carried out on the yielding potential and combining ability effectsof 4 S_2-generation sister crosses composed of 5 sister lines derived from a single plant of85433.The results show that significant difference exists among S_2-generation sister crossesin yielding potential and the production increasing rang is l4.76%~83.08%. Enlarging theselection scope of genetic variation am.ng early generation sister lines,the high-yield seed pro-duction potential of sister crosses can be further brought into play. No differences in combiningability effects have been found among the 4 S_2-generation sister crosses as well as among the5 corresponding sister lines in this research.
