摘要 前沟藻属甲藻中含有丰富的结构新颖、生物活性多样的大环内酯类和长链多羟基多烯类化合物,其潜在的药用价值引起了人们的广泛关注。本文对1986年到2003年间有关前沟藻属甲藻的化学和生物活性研究进展进行综述,并在此基础上对这类海洋微生物的药用前景进行展望。 The marine mieroalga of the genus Araphidinium belonging to dinoflagellata has proved to be a rich source of bioaetive long-chain polyketides and maerolides with diverse and novel structural features as well as potential pharmaceutical applications. This paper reviews the progress in the studies of chemistry and bioaetivity of the genus Araphidinium of dinoflagellata from 1986 to 2003. Basically, a pharmaceutical perspective of marine microorganisms is made.
