Chemical Constituents in Bud of Lonicera macranthoides

目的:对灰毡毛忍冬花蕾的化学成分进行研究。方法:应用溶剂萃取及柱层析方法进行化学成分分离、纯化,并利用各种光谱技术分析鉴定结构。结果:从灰毡毛忍冬花蕾中分离得到11个化合物,其中3个绿原酸类成分、4个黄酮类成分、4个其他成分,分别为:1O咖啡酰基奎宁酸(Ⅰ),4O咖啡酰基奎宁酸(Ⅱ),5O咖啡酰基奎宁酸丁酯(Ⅲ),槲皮素(Ⅳ),苜蓿素7OβD葡萄糖苷(Ⅴ),槲皮素3OβD葡萄糖苷(Ⅵ),木犀草素7OβD半乳糖苷(Ⅶ),肌醇(Ⅷ),β谷甾醇(Ⅸ),正十九烷醇(Ⅹ),葡萄糖(Ⅺ)。结论:化合物Ⅰ、Ⅱ为首次从忍冬属植物中分离得到,化合物Ⅲ～Ⅺ为首次从该种植物中分离得到。

AIM： To investigate the chemical constituents in flower bud of Lonicera macrarahoides, METHODS： The constituents were isolated and purified by means of various chromatographic methods, and spectroscopic methods were used to identify their struetures. RESULTS： Eleven compounds were obtained and identified as 1-O-caffeoylquinic acid （ Ⅰ ）, 4-O-caffeoylquinic acid（ Ⅱ ） 5-O- caffeoylquinic acid buty1 ester （ Ⅲ）, quercetin（ Ⅳ ）, tricin-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside（ Ⅴ ）, quercetin-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside （Ⅵ）, luteolin-7-O-β-D-galactoside（ Ⅶ ）, inositol（ Ⅷ ）, β-sitosterol （Ⅸ）, nonadecanol（ Ⅹ ） and glucose（ Ⅺ ）. CONCLUSION： Compounds Ⅰ , Ⅱ were first isolated from Genus Lonicera, while compounds Ⅲ -Ⅺ were isolated from the plant for the first time.
