摘要
目的:对灰毡毛忍冬花蕾的化学成分进行研究。方法:应用溶剂萃取及柱层析方法进行化学成分分离、纯化,并利用各种光谱技术分析鉴定结构。结果:从灰毡毛忍冬花蕾中分离得到11个化合物,其中3个绿原酸类成分、4个黄酮类成分、4个其他成分,分别为:1O咖啡酰基奎宁酸(Ⅰ),4O咖啡酰基奎宁酸(Ⅱ),5O咖啡酰基奎宁酸丁酯(Ⅲ),槲皮素(Ⅳ),苜蓿素7OβD葡萄糖苷(Ⅴ),槲皮素3OβD葡萄糖苷(Ⅵ),木犀草素7OβD半乳糖苷(Ⅶ),肌醇(Ⅷ),β谷甾醇(Ⅸ),正十九烷醇(Ⅹ),葡萄糖(Ⅺ)。结论:化合物Ⅰ、Ⅱ为首次从忍冬属植物中分离得到,化合物Ⅲ~Ⅺ为首次从该种植物中分离得到。
AIM: To investigate the chemical constituents in flower bud of Lonicera macrarahoides, METHODS: The constituents were isolated and purified by means of various chromatographic methods, and spectroscopic methods were used to identify their struetures. RESULTS: Eleven compounds were obtained and identified as 1-O-caffeoylquinic acid ( Ⅰ ), 4-O-caffeoylquinic acid( Ⅱ ) 5-O- caffeoylquinic acid buty1 ester ( Ⅲ), quercetin( Ⅳ ), tricin-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside( Ⅴ ), quercetin-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (Ⅵ), luteolin-7-O-β-D-galactoside( Ⅶ ), inositol( Ⅷ ), β-sitosterol (Ⅸ), nonadecanol( Ⅹ ) and glucose( Ⅺ ). CONCLUSION: Compounds Ⅰ , Ⅱ were first isolated from Genus Lonicera, while compounds Ⅲ -Ⅺ were isolated from the plant for the first time.
