氢氧化钙水溶性糊剂对感染根管消毒作用的临床观察

Clinical observation of disinfection effect of calcium hydroxide water-soluable paste on infected root canals

目的观察氢氧化钙对感染根管消毒的抗菌效果。方法观察组50个根管用氢氧化钙水溶性糊剂封入根管内消毒;对照组50个根管封入甲醛甲酚。检测用药前后1周时的根管渗出液中的细菌学变化。结果1周后观察组与对照组均具有良好的杀菌作用,但2组杀菌作用无明显区别。结论氢氧化钙对感染根管消毒具有良好的抗菌效果。

Objective To observe the antibacterial effect of calcium hydroxide in sterilization of infected root canals. Methods Calcium hydroxide water-soluable paste was sealed into 50 root canals seperated as a observation group while formo-cresol was applied to another 50 root canals as a control group. Bacteriological changes of the two groups were observed before and after the administration. Results Good sterilization effect came out one week later in both groups without remarkable difference. Conclusion Calcium hydroxide has efficient antibacterial effect in the sterilization of infected root canals.
