中国民营企业对外投资的优势及政策

中国从事对外直接投资的企业大多是国有企业。但是,民营企业经过二十多年的发展,已经成为国民经济的一个重要组成部分。在对外投资方面,民营企业拥有自己的优势。本文首先阐述了民营企业在对外投资中的优势,并提出政府如何推动民营企业对外投资,以促进民营企业对外投资活动的蓬勃发展。

In these years,the companies which undertake FDI are mostly of state- owned. However, enterprises run by the people have become an important part of state＇ s economy during twenty years＇ developing. They have special advantages in FDI. This article describes the advantages of enterprises run by the people in FDI at first,then how to promote these enterprises＇ FDI for the government.
