摘要
通过实施业务流程重组来打造和提升企业的核心竞争力,这一科学的管理思想在西方国家已经赢得了广大企业的认可和接受,并且都取得了明显的经济效果。本文从业务流程重组的原则及其本土化策略两方面论述了我国企业在实施业务流程重组时应注意的一系列问题。
The management thought of using Business Process Reeagineering (BPR) to promote the core competence of companies has been widely accepted as well as applied in many western countries, which proved to be quite effective. This article tends to discuss the problems companies should pay attention to the application of BPR by analyzing the principles and localization strategies of BPR.
