摘要
目的探索负性自动思维与人格特质的相关性。方法以自动思维问卷和卡特尔16项个性因素测验对在校大学生集体施测。结果负性自动思维与怀疑(L)、忧虑(O)和紧张(Q4)人格特质正相关(P<0.01),而与乐群(A)、聪慧(B)、稳定(C)、恃强(E)、兴奋(F)、有恒(G)、敢为(H)、幻想(M)、世故(N)和自律(Q3)等人格特质负相关(P<0.05);逐步回归分析表明紧张(Q4)、稳定(C)、忧虑(O)、兴奋(F)和聪慧(B)人格特质对负性自动思维有一定预测作用,标准回归系数分别为0.241,-0.183,0.149,-0.135,-0.110,总预测力为30.2%。结论人格特质对负性自动思维具有一定影响作用,人格特质分析对负性自动思维的临床干预具有一定的理论和实践指导意义。
Objective To study the correlation between negative automatic thoughts and personality traits. Methods 312 undergraduates were investigated with automatic thoughts questionnaire （ATQ） and Cattell＇ s Sixteen Personality Factors Questionnaire（16-PF）. Results Negative automatic thoughts had significantly positive correlation with personality factors L, O, Q4 （ P 〈 0. 001 ）, and negative correlation with personality factors A, B, C, E, F, G, H, M, N, Q3（P〈0.05）. Multiple regression analysis revealed that personality factors Q4, C, O, F, B predicted negative automatic thoughts to a degree of 30.2%. Conclusion Personality factors affected negative automatic thoughts in a certain degree.
