口服抗生素对雏鸡抗鸡伤寒———白痢沙门氏菌定植抗力的影响 被引量:1

摘要 雏鸡经口感染鸡伤寒———白痢沙门氏菌,测定口服抗生素对雏鸡盲肠内定植量和pH值的影响。试验结果表明:在限生雏鸡和普通雏鸡组,链霉素处理鸡和未处理鸡相比,前者的盲肠中鸡伤寒———白痢沙门氏菌的定植量高于后者;前者盲肠内容物pH值高于后者;庆大霉素处理鸡与未处理鸡相比,前者盲肠中鸡伤寒———白痢沙门氏菌的定植量和盲肠内容物pH值均高于后者,但是用庆大霉素处理要比用链霉素处理的影响程度小。普通雏鸡与限生雏鸡相比,口服抗生素能使限生鸡盲肠中鸡伤寒———白痢沙门氏菌的定植量多于普通雏鸡的定植量。 A total of 336 1 day old Jingbai chicks were used in this study. The brids were divided into conventional and biotoristic groups. Each group was subdivided into untreated chicks and chicks pretreated with streptomycin sulfate or gentamycin. Each treated chick and control chick was challenged with a streptomycin resistant strain of Salmonella gallinarum Pullorm (Sgp) administered orally. The effects of this 2 antibiotics on the colonisation values and the caecum pH level were also tested. The results had shown that in the group of conventional or biotoristic, when compared chicks administered streptomycin sulfate with the untreated chicks, the former's colonistation values of Sgp and the pH levels in the caecum were higher than that of the untreated chicks. When Compared the chicks administered gentamycin with the untreated chicks, the colonisation values of Sgp and the pH levels in the caecum gave a similar results. But the effect of gentamycin treatment was less than that of streptomycin.When compared conventional chicks with biotoristic chick, after antibotics treatment, the biotoristic chick's caecum colonisation values of Sgp were greater than that of conventional chick's caecum. The pH levels of biotoristic chick's caecum changed more significantly.
