摘要
对安哥拉山羊与中卫山羊杂交改良一代和二代(后简称F1、F2)初生母羊皮肤毛囊群分布和结构变化规律进行了系统研究。结果表明:F1、F2初生母羊毛囊群结构均以三毛群为主,其三毛群分别占毛囊总群总数的819%和8073%,与中卫山羊初生母羔相近(797%),毛囊密度比中卫山羊分别提高1574和1773个/mm2,S/P值比中卫山羊分别提高280和051。同时,通过观察和测定也表明:中卫山羊、F1、F2初生母羔皮肤毛囊均由直径和壁厚明显不同的中心部初级毛囊,外围初级毛囊和次级毛囊3种毛囊组成。
The skin follice constitution and its structure changing phase of F 1,F 2 Crosbreeds of Angora × Zhongwei goats were systematically analized. Tril follice group was found a dominance in skin follice constitution as a whole, in which the tril-follice group takes up 81.9% and 80.73% in F 1 and F 2 resp.similar to that of Zhongwei goats (79.7%).On the other hand,follice density of F 1 and F 2 increased as much as 15.74 and 17.73/mm 2 compares to Zhongwei goat, and S/P value also increased consquently by 2.8 and 0.51 for F 1 and F 2 resp. In addition, skin of Zhong wei, F 1 and F 2 goats are composed of three kinds of follice group with different dimater and wall thickness. Continuous improvement with Angora goat will lead to uniformity of differences of three kinds of follice group.
