摘要
固体颗粒在机械力作用下,不仅颗粒的尺寸逐渐变小,比表面积不断增大,而且其内部结构、物理化学性质以及化学反应性也相应地产生一系列的变化。根据机械力化学这一基本理论,国外研制开发出了分解机。介绍了分解机的基本结构和工作原理,通过室内试验,分析了采用经分解机处理后的水泥所配制的水泥浆的流动度及抗折强度的变化规律。室内试验及现场应用表明,分解机可以显著改善水泥浆性能,提高固井质量。
Under mechanical action, solid grain sizes become smaller, meanwhile their specific surface area continuously increase. Also their inner structures, physical and chemical properties, and chemical reactions will change correspondingly. Researchers outside China have developed a decomposer based on the theory of mechanical chemistry. Principal structure and working mechanism of a decomposer are introduced. Flow degree and bending strength of cement slurry made up of cement powder that have been treated by a decomposer are tested in lab. Tests and application results indicate that a decomposer can remarkably improve cement slurry properties and cementing qualities.
