摘要
为在飞行训练中降低危险性、提高效率和降低成本,设计了初教六型飞机仿真系统。讨论了该仿真系统的结构及数据采集系统的设计过程和工作原理。该系统采用直滑式导电塑料电位器测量系统中操作设备的位移量,通过PC I-7422进行A/D转换,对采样值进行标度变换、数字滤波以及消除系统零点漂移与标度漂移等数据处理。实验结果表明,数据采集系统达到了预期效果,其采样速率为5 kHz,采样分辨率为12 b it,采集精度为0.1%。
A simulation system for type-6 primary trainer is designed to reduce danger and cost, and to improve efficiency in the flight training. After the structure of the simulation system is introduced, the design process and theory of the data acquisition system for the emulator are interpreted. The displacement of the devices in this system is measured by linear sliding conductive plastic potentiometers, and analog signals of the potentiometers are converted into digital signals by PCI-7422. Such methods as scale conversion, digital filtering, zero drift elimination and scale drift elimination are the expectation: the sampling rate is used to process the sampled data. This data acquisition system has reached 5 kHz, the resolution is 12 bit, and the sampling precision is 0. 1%
