摘要
选3种不同基因型的辣椒(Capsicum annuum L.)材料,建立了辣椒高频离体再生体系,试验结果表明:芽分化的最适培养基为:MS+6-BA5mg/L+IAA0.2mg/L;芽伸长的最适培养基为MS+6-BA5mg/L+IAA0.2mg/L+GA32mg/L;生根的最适培养基为MS+NAA0.1mg/L,当植株长到10~12片叶时,进行移栽。
Using the three different genotypes of the pepper as experimental materials. A rapid and efficient in vitro regeneration system of pepper was established. The results as follows: the optimum shoot inducing medium is MS+6-BA 5 mg/L+IAA 0.2 mg/L , the optimum shoot extention inducing medium is MS+6-BA 5 mg/L+I AA 0.2 mg/L+GA3 2 mg/L, the optimum root inducing medium is MS+NAA0. 1 mg/L. When the plant height is 10-12cm, They can be transptanted.
