从宏观层面对黑龙江省建设农村小康社会的现实条件进行了分析。从经济体制、经济结构、宏观政策、农业政策以及农业国际化等方面分析了黑龙江省建设农村小康社会面临的宏观经济条件。通过对宏观经济条件的分析,得出相关结论并进行了简要评述。

In this paper, we disscussed the realized condition in rural well-off society＇s construction of heilongjiang province. The main ideas were focused on the system of economy, macroeconomical policy, agricultural policy and agricultural globalization, we drew the correlated conclusion and the brief review by analyzing on the macroscopic current economical condition.
