摘要
通过模拟试验研究了经化工废水污染的河水作为灌溉用水对黄瓜和大豆生理特性的影响,结果表明:随着水中生化需氧量、化学耗氧量、氨氮、TP、C l-、SO42-等各项指标的降低(均高于“标准”值),黄瓜过氧化氢酶活性呈现“升-降”趋势,而大豆cat过氧化氢酶活性均呈下降趋势;对两种植物叶绿素含量及叶绿素chla/chlb的影响也不一样.结果还表明,大豆cat过氧化氢酶活性与叶绿素含量变化之间存在极显著正相关,而黄瓜过氧化氢酶活性与叶绿素含量变化之间不存在相关性.
Effects of sewage from chemical industry as irrigation water on physiological characteristics in cucumbers and soybeans were studied with mock experiments. The result indicated that the activity of catalase changed from rise to drop in cucumbers but only dropped in soybeans with decreasing BOD, COD,NH4^+ -N,TP,CI^- ,SQ4^2- and so on. The effects were different on the content of chlorophyl and the ratio of chla/b between the two plants. There was a most prominent plus-relation between the activity of catalase and the content of chlorophyl in soybeans but no relation between those in cucumbers.
