摘要
为了获得质量较好的喷焊层,提高喷焊层的耐磨性,在镍基自熔性合金粉末F102中加入不同体积分数的亚微米碳化钨(WC)进行氧-乙炔火焰喷焊.通过磨粒磨损试验、显微硬度测试和显微组织分析,研究了不同WC体积分数对喷焊层质量及其耐磨性的影响.试验结果表明WC的体积分数为1%时,喷焊层的质量最优,耐磨性最好,硬度也最高.但随着WC体积分数的进一步增加,喷焊层的耐磨性和硬度反而有所下降.涂层的耐磨性主要与涂层硬度,WC硬相的含量,空洞的数量及大小等有关.硬度越高,WC硬相越多,空洞越少、越小,涂层的耐磨性越好,反之越差.
Flame spray was carried out by mixing different content of WC into self-fusing F102 metal powders. The influences of WC content upon wear resistance of sprayed coating were studied through testing of macroscopic hardness, low-stress abrasive particle wear resistance and analyse of microstructure of sprayed coating. The results show that when the volume content of WC is 1%, the quality of the coating is the best. With the volume content of WC increasing, the wear resistance and hardness decrease.
