改进随机Hough变换在心肌纤维图像直线检测中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 利用改进的随机Hough变换被用来对心肌纤维方向进行了检测。针对心肌纤维边缘的特点,采用窗口对投票点对加以筛选,同时利用模糊映射对Hough变换投票在变换空间加以修正,使随机Hough变换能够较好的用于复杂非规则直线段的检测,提高了利用Hough变换检测心肌纤维方向的正确率。 To measure size of myocardium fibers by computer image process, random Hough transform was used to detect straight lines of myocardium fibers. Because of the irregularity of myocardium fibers, there was no strict straight lines in the image, so for standard random Hough transform sometimes the detection results were not right. The measures were adopted to improve this method. The first was filtering invalid points pairs by small rectangular windows; the second was replacing single mapping with fuzzy mapping. The result demonstrates this method can detect the straight lines of myocardium fibers rightly and this method also can be used to detent texture direction in the other irregular slice image.
