摘要 应用模糊模式识别理论对秦皇岛市生态城市规划的环境影响进行了初步评价,分析了该规划下各个环境主题对于环境影响的贡献.结果表明,秦皇岛市生态城市规划环境影响较小.为合理评价规划的环境可行性提供依据. The environmental effects of eco-city planning of Qinhuangdao city were assessed by means of fuzzy pattern recognition. The contribution of each environmental subject coming from the program to the environmental impact was also analyzed. The results indicate that there is small impact of eco-city planning on the environment in Qinhuangdao city. The theory reflects the fuzziness of programming environmental impact commendably and provides base for assessing the environment of programming reasonably.
