节约型社会混凝土结构发展的思考 被引量:3

摘要 钢和混凝土取长补短、共同作用是100多年来的传统方式,随着大跨、高耸、重载和复杂功能结构工程的发展,需要有多种多样的结构型式来适应不同工程的需要。钢-混凝土组合结构能减小构件截面尺寸,同时减少用钢量和混凝土用量,减轻自重,是变换思维方法的一种结果,为重大工程节约资源、节约能源和保护环境增加了一种结构型式。就混凝土材料而言,尽管生产的单位总能耗很低,但巨大的用量和总体技术水平低下,使其总体上对资源、能源和环境造成了很大压力。提高资源利用率,减少材料的消耗率,增强混凝土结构的耐久性,才能杜绝浪费并得到持续发展。为此,必须充分重视改造混凝土骨料的生产技术,不是在形式上而是在实际质量上与国际接轨,以减少能效低而污染重的水泥熟料用量。 What steel and concrete learns each other from other's strongpoint to offset one's weakness and to coact is the traditional mode for AC.100 years, but along with development of structures with long span, heavy capacity and complicated function, or towering structures, there needs various structure mode for requirement of diverse project. Using the steel-concrete combined structure, the external dimensions could be reduced, and content of both steel and concrete could be decreased, and the deadweight of structure could be decreased therefore. That is a result from a kind of conversion of thinking way. Another structure mode is offered for momentous projects to economize energy and natural resources, and to protect environment. Squander could be stopped no other than to make dramatic improvements to resource, reduce materials rate of consumption, and enhance durability of concrete structures. Therefore it must pay attention to alteration of production technique of aggregates, to connect with international in real quality other than in format, to reduce consumption of cement clinker which is low energy efficiency and higher pollution to environment.
