树形分子为模板低温制备纳米硫化锌空心球 被引量:4

Preparation of ZnS Hollow Nanospheres Using Dendrimer as Template

摘要 利用3.5代端酯基PAMAM树形分子(G3.5-COOCH3)为模板,低温下成功制备了纳米硫化锌空心球,用透射电子显微镜(TEM)、X射线粉末衍射(XRD)及紫外吸收光谱等手段对合成样品的形貌、结构及性能进行了表征.TEM结果显示,ZnS空心球的直径在80~100nm范围左右,其壳层的厚度约为20~30nm.树形分子的农度对产物的最终形貌和结构均有很大的影响.并讨论了空心球结构形成的可能模板机理. Hollow ZnS spheres have been prepared in the presence of generation 3.5 poly (amidoamine) dendrimers with surface ester groups (G3.5-COOCH3 PAMAM dendrimer) as synthetic matrix template. The products obtained were characterized by X ray diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and UV-Vis optical absorption spectrum. TEM studies show that the hollow spheres with diameters ranging from 80 to 100 nm has been prepared. The range of wall thickness was estimated to be about 20-30 nm. it was found that the concentration of PAMAM dendrimer has a significant influence on the formation of hollow ZnS spheres. The possible formation mechanism of the hollow spherical structure was also discussed.
