摘要
通过对素混凝土、钢纤维混凝土和聚丙烯纤维混凝土三种材料进行了SH PB试验,系统研究了对动载下三种材料试件的峰值应力、峰值应力对应应变、韧性指标。试验结果表明:实际工程中聚丙烯纤维含量应取1.5kgm/3;高含量的高强钢纤维混凝土适合作为防护工程的抗冲击遮弹材料;钢纤维和聚丙烯纤维对混凝土吸能能力主要在达到峰值应力后材料开始破坏的过程中得以表现。
By SHPB test on plain concrete, steel fiber concrete and polypropylene fiber concrete, systematic study was made on the peak stress, its correspondent strain and ductility indictors of the samples of the three materials under dynamic load. Test results show that the content of polypropylene fiber that should be taken in engineering is 1.5 kg/m^3; and high-contented high strength fiber concrete is fit to be used as shock-resistant material for protection engineering while the energy-absorbing capability of steel fiber and polypropylene fiber in concrete presents itself mainly when it has reached the peak stress and the material failure begins.
