寄生海水养殖鱼类的拟格拉夫涡虫(Pseudograffilla sp.)记述

The Pseudograffilla sp.Which Parasite in Breed Aquatics Sea-fishes

采用活体观察、整体标本染色和组织切片光镜观察、超薄切片透射电镜观察,结果表明:这种涡虫是我国首次发现能寄生海水养殖鱼类,并造成严重危害的新病害.从观察到的形态特征表明,它们应是棒肠类涡虫(Rhabd ocoela),属于德力目(D a lye llio ida),格拉夫科(G raffillidae),拟格拉夫亚科(P seudograffillinae),拟格拉夫属(P seud og raff illa)的一个种类.

The living organism, the stainning of whole specimen, histological sections and microthin sections by means of optical microscope and scanning electron microscope were observed. The results reveal that the Pseudograffilla sp. is a new pathogeny, which was first discovered to be able to parasite in breed aquatics sea-fishes in China and did a lot of damage to aquacultures. The morphologic characters of Pseudograffilla sp. have indicated that they are Rhabdocoela worms of order Dalyellioida, family Graffillidae, sub-family Pseudograffillinae, genus Pseudograffilla.
