金线莲和银线莲的比较解剖学研究

ANATOMICAL STUDIES ON THE CRUDE DRUGS OF JINXIANLIAN & YINXIANLIAN

花叶开唇兰是珍贵草药金线莲的主要原植物；大斑叶兰和绒叶斑叶兰是银线莲的原植物。通过对上述３种植物生药学性状和显微组织结构的比较及叶表面扫描电镜的观察，找出了它们的区别点。并发现其匍匐茎的横切面结构都具有明显的内皮层构造，茎和叶的输导组织木质部不存在导管，起输导作用的是管胞。

Jinxianlian ( Anoectochilus roxburghii Wall. Lindle) and Yinxianlian ( Goodyera schlechtendalian Rchb. f, G. velutina Maxim.), the most precious folk remedy in China, have been used as a tonic in the treatment of lung disease, pleurodynia abdomen pain, fever, hepatitis, diabetes, snake bite, hypertension. To clarify their origins, histological studies have been made. It is found that there is endodermis in the internal structure of the stem of Anoectochilus roxburghii and Goodyera velutina . And there is no vessel but spiral thacheid in their stem and leaf.
