摘要
煤粉爆炸实质上是挥发分可燃气体与空气混合而形成的爆炸,挥发分析出的多少对煤粉的爆炸有重要的影响,因此研究挥发分析出量的影响因素很有必要。取兖州烟煤做实验,讨论了空气干燥基挥发分Vad随磨制时间、环境温度、煤粉粒度等的变化规律,以及挥发分析出温度与粒度的关系。根据规律,提出可以科学地控制这些因素以更好地实现电厂煤粉的防爆。
The explosion of pulverized coal is the explosion of the combustible volatile matter mixing with the air essentially, The amount of the emitting volatile matter has important influence on the explosion of pulverized coal, so it is very necessary to study the factors affecting the volatile matter emitting. In this text, the author does some experiments with Yanzhou bituminous coal, and discusses how the volatile Vad changes with the changing of time of coal milling, the surreunding temperature and grain size. At the same time, it analyses the relations between the emitting temperature of the volatile matter and the grain size. According to the experiment, it advises that we can control these factors scientifically to realize the explosion prevention of the pulverized coal in power plants.
