摘要
对不同规格的高钢级大壁厚管线管在不同方向上的条形试样和圆棒试样的拉伸性能进行了试验分析研究,结果表明试样形状对拉伸试验结果有很大影响。对产生差异的原因做了进一步的探讨。最后在试验结果和分析讨论的基础上,对制定管线钢管产品标准(拉伸性能部分)时需要注意的几个方面做了说明,包括试样的形状和尺寸、试样的取样位置、试样的方向和标准中拉伸性能的规定等;建议对高钢级大壁厚管线管采用圆棒拉伸试样,同时对屈强比和延伸率进行适当调整。
An experimental study is conducted on the tensile performance of strip sample and rod sample of different sizesof the high steel grade and big thickness pipes placed in different directions of a pipeline. The results show that the shape of samples has a great influence on the test result. The causes of difference are further discussed. Eventually on the basis of the test result and analysis, the requirements for establishing a standard (the part of tensile performance) of tubular goods for pipelines are introduced and it is proposed that rod tensile samples are used for high steel grade big thickness pipes of a pipeline, and at the same time its yield strength ratio and rate of elongation are adjusted properly
