毛白杨杂种无性系对Dothiorella　gregaria　Sacc．抗性的研究

Study on the Resistance of Hybrid Clones of Populus tomentosa to Dothiorella gregaria Sacc.

该文就毛白杨杂种无性系中的５个系号对ＤｏｔｈｉｏｒｅｌｌａｇｒｅｇａｒｉａＳａｃｃ，的抗病性及其抗性差异进行了探讨，实验采用室内与田间人工接种，自然发病调查与生理指标及愈伤组织测定相结合的方法，结果表明，对照易县毛白杨雌株的抗病性优于毛白杨杂种无性系，而无性系９６，８０，６６的抗病性优于无性系９２，７３．

The resistance of five hybrid clones of Populus tomentosa to Dothiorella gregariaSacc,with the methods of pathology and physiology is discussed.The correlation between cankerand environmental factors is analyzed as well in this paper.The results show that the resistanceof matched“Yixian”P,tomentosa is better than the clones of P,tcmentosa,and the resistance ofclones 96,80, 66 is better than clones 92,73;Two environmental factors,temperature and rela-tive humidity,are closely related to the canker,according to authors,investigation and compari-son.
