就目前公路工程竣工文件中普遍存在的一些质量问题进行了讨论,阐释了导致公路工程竣工文件质量失控的各种原因,有针对性地提出了解决质量失控问题、规范公路工程竣工文件内在和外在质量的各种有效控制措施。

Some quality problems of completion documents of highway project are discussed in the paper, and the various reasons that led to lose control of it are explained. The valid control measures to solve the uncontrolled quality problem and standardize the immanent and explicit quality of completion documents of highway project are purposefully put forward.
