介绍了项目投资各个阶段的投资控制及对项目投资的影响，分析了投资、质量、进度三者的关系，对项目策划阶段、实施阶段的投资控制进行了阐述，对项目后评估的意义进行了总结，以达到实质性投资控制的目的。
It introduces investment control in each stage of project and its effect to investment of project, analyzes rdation of investment ,quality and process, and illustrates investment control in planning stage and execution stage, summarizes meaning of post-evaluation to reach investment control.
