摘要
本文研究５种禽类羽毛氨基酸组分和含量分析的差异．新浦东鸡的副羽含量最高达９０．１％；居古拉火鸡最低在７１％。１４种羽毛的氨基酸平均含量为８０％。从氨基酸组分看，丝氨酸，谷氨酸和亮氨酸较高。而赖氨酸，组氨酸和甲硫氨酸均较低，这与已发表的文献一致［３］。
A study on amino acid composition in five kinds of feathers was mentioned in this paper. Results showed that the total amino acid was difference in the feathers, the highest one was 90. 1 % in the aftershaft feather of New Potong chicken feather and the lowest one only 71 % in the one of Nicola turkey.The average content of the amino acid of the 14 kinds feathers are 80%. From the composition of the amino acid, it is relating high in Serine, Glutamic and Leucine, the relating low kinds are Lysine, Histidine and Methionine. It is similar to the one from published papers.
