栉孔扇贝×虾夷扇贝的杂交技术

A Study on Hybridization Between Scallops Chlamys farreri and Patinopecten yessoensis

以栉孔扇贝与虾夷扇贝为实验材料,进行了两者之间自交和栉孔扇贝♀×虾夷扇贝♂和虾夷扇贝♀×栉孔扇贝♂的杂交的实验。实验结果表明:两者的杂交是可行的,在幼虫阶段表现出一定的生长优势,幼虫成活率间没有差异,但在幼虫附着变态方面,杂交组低于自交组,两者之间有明显的差异。然后以具有生长优势的栉孔扇贝♀×虾夷扇贝♂组进行了生产性育苗实验,取得明显的经济效益。

A study was made on the hybridization using Farreris scallop （ Chlarnys farreri ） ♀ × Japanese scallop （Patinopecten yessoensis ） ♂ and Zhikong scallop （Chlamys farreri ） ♂ × Japanese scallop （ Patinopecten yessoensis ） ♀. The results indicated that hybridation between the two species of scallop is feasible. During the larva stage, F1 hybrids exhibited growth advantage to some extent; no significant difference was found in larva survival rate between the groups, however, the metamorphism rate of F1 hybrids was significantly lower than that of the inbred groups. Nursery rearing was studied with the hybrid group of Zhikong scallop （ Chlamys farreri ） ♀× Japanese scallop （ Patinopecten yessoensis ） ♂ , and good economic benefits were gained.
