摘要
对水稻种子在模拟大气不同CO_2含量下,种子萌发期和幼苗期的生理变化试验表明,在水稻种子萌发期,大气中CO_2含量为450mg/kg时,过氧化氢酶、酸性磷酸酯酶的活性和三磷酸腺苷含量最高,分别比对照提高20.5%,12.0%和24.8%。在水稻幼苗期,大气CO_2含量为500mg/kg时,1.5—二磷酸核酮糖羧化酶活性比对照提高31.33%;CO_2含量为450mg/kg时,过氧化物酶活性比对照下降24.9%,幼苗吸收磷能力提高19.0%。3叶期稻苗高、根长和干物质含量,400~600mg/kgCO2含量处理间差异不显著,但比对照均略有提高。
In a
simulation experiment where different concentrations of CO_2 were applied,germination rate of
rice seeds and physiological changes in the seedlings were determined.Compared with the
control(CO_2 350 mg/kg),CO_2 450 mg/kg enhanced the activity of catalase and
phosphoesterase and the content of ATP during seed germination by 20.5%,12.0% and
24.8%,respectively and increased P uptake by the seedlings by 19.0% whileit reduced
peroxidase activity by 24.9%. At the seedling stage, CO2 500 mg/kg in the at-mo-sphere
incresed the activity of ribulase-1.5-bisphosphate carboxylase-oxygenase by 31.33%,At 3-leaf
stage,CO_2 600 mg/kg increased shoot height,root length and dryweight of the shoot by
5.9%,6.4%and
10.3%,respectively.
