摘要
光镜观察表明，性成熟鲶的精巢属叶型结构，各小叶由数个小囊组成。可根据各期细胞大小、数量多少、核染色质凝聚程度等划分精巢的发育时期。鲶的精巢从第Ⅲ期到第Ⅴ期时，初级精母细胞发育成为次级精母细胞、精子细胞和精子，第Ⅵ期为排精后退化时期。
Examined with a light microscope,the testis of sexually mature catfish(Silurusasotus)appeared
to have a lobular-type structure composed of several cysts.Its develop-ment stages were
determined according to its morpho-logical characteristics and the vary-ing extent of chromatic
agglutination,From stage Ⅳ to stage Ⅴ,the primary spermato-cyte developed into secondary
spermatocyte and then into spermatoblast and spermato-zoon.At stage Ⅵ,i.e.after
ejaculation,the testis began to degenerate.
