Synthesis of Carbamic Ester by Urea Alcoholysis

摘要 尿素与醇混合,以发烟H2SO4作催化剂,回流得到白色的硫酸氢铵固体,过滤后滤液常压蒸馏,除去多余的醇,得到氨基甲酸酯晶体。该合成路线设备简单、操作简便、原料价格低廉、产率高,副产化肥NH4HSO4降低了成本、提高了经济效益,适合工业化生产。 Using fuming sulfuric acid as catalyst, urea and alcohol reacted with refluxing. The reactant liquor was filtered to seperate white NH4 HSO4 solid,and then distilled at normal pressure to get carbamic ester crystal while surplus alcohol was removed. The synthetic route was suitable for manufacture, because it needed only simple equipment, convenience operation and cheap raw material to obtain high yield. Furthermore, the by-product NH4 HSO4 could lower the cost as well.
