摘要
测定了不同年龄和不同的日粮粗蛋白质和氨基酸水平下鸡蛋和活体组织氨基酸的含量、组成和模式。结果表明,随着年龄的增加,鲜蛋中大部分氨基酸含量降低,但每克蛋白质所含的氨基酸量却在上升。随着日粮中蛋白质和氨基酸水平的提高,鲜蛋中的氨基酸含量也随着上升,不过鸡蛋氨基酸含量受年龄的影响比日粮氨基酸水平影响大。另外,鲜蛋的氨基酸模式几乎不受年龄和日粮营养水平的影响。在30周龄前活体组织的氨基酸含量高。
The compositions, contents, and patterns of amino acids in egg and livebody for laying hens were estimated.The results showed that the compositions, contents, and patterns of amino acids in egg were influenced by the age of hens and the concentrations of amino acids in diets;The compositions, contents, and patterns of amino acids in live body varied before mature (30-weeks-old), which kept constant there after.
